Extracurricular Activity 

• Cavendish Farms has received a National Processing Agreement from the Food and Nutrition Service of the United States Department of Agriculture.
• Food and Nutrition Service has approved Cavendish Farms' End Product Data Schedule for a variety of frozen potato products that contain zero grams of trans fat.
• State Agencies have approved Cavendish Farms to contract with schools to convert Bulk Potatoes into fully substitutable, convenient, ready-to-use end products.
• Cavendish Farms has contracted with K12 Food Service to ensure we meet the regulatory guidelines for tracking commodities. K12 gives schools, states, industry, and distributors access to the same tracking information throughout the process.
